Haim Gan, Sagi Cooper and Yair Koren are proud to launch The Comprehensive Guide to Israeli Wines: a quality guide, a first class tool for Israeli wine consumers and lovers in Israel and around the world. The guide was written in Hebrew and English and can be purchased at the Grape Man home and in selected shops. The Comprehensive Guide to Israeli Wines contains articles in the field of Israeli wine, short reviews of Israeli wine regions, Israeli wine and food pairing and more.
The editors reviewed all of the wines received for tasting – more than 650 samples from 100 wineries and above. The Guide includes only wines which have scored 84 and up. The Guide contains information about every winery mentioned, winery grading, reviews of exceptional wines and a mark for every wine stated (on a 100 point scale).
· Only 7 wineries were graded with the highest grade – 5 grape bunches – a grading based on multiple parameters, all of consumer importance: quality of the wines, variety, involvement of the winery in the Israeli wine scene and in the society, touristic importance, etc.
· The wines of 18 wineries received a score of 91 points or more.
· The highest score received was 94 points.
The winery which received the highest grades is the Golan Heights Winery, and the exceptional winery from the small scale production top of the top of Israeli wineries is Sea Horse Winery. Exceptional wines from every winery were awarded with short and comprehensive tasting remarks in addition to their scores.

The highly appreciated only international wine competition held in Israel.
During the competition, held yearly generally in November, hundreds of wines and spirits are judged by senior wine assessors, from Israel and abroad. Judges include expert wine writers, sommeliers, and buyers, leading wine makers and leading public opinion figures. TERRAVINO which in 2015 celebrated its tenth competition, has long become the central international wine event in Israel and in recent years serves as the main display window for Israeli wines abroad, and receives unaccounted for exposure.

A gesture for the Cocktails trend now sweeping Israel, and turning out to be the main player of the bar scene and Israeli drinking culture.

During the Festival the best of the alcohol brands will be presented and the top rated mixologists (cocktail makers) in the bar trade will display all of the innovations of the field. The mixologists are a handful of quality barmen who know how to arrive at the perfect balance of drink varieties, syrups, secret capsules, unique working methods, fruit and spices and other glasses that look much better than say a bottle of beer.
Clubs, chef restaurants, neighborhood bars and even coffee houses, all embrace the cocktails trend and add special drink combinations that only barmen can prepare.
The Israeli public visiting the entertainment venues has come to an understanding that a combination of several ingredients into a new creation – is higher regarded and more enjoyable to drink than a straight drink or another, not shaken or stirred.
