The winery, located on the cliffs of Shilo stream some 800 m above sea level in the Shomron region, was established in 2005 by Amnon Weiss and winemaker and agronomist Dr. Shivi Drori. Dr. Drori of Ariel University leads research into indigenous grape varieties. The winery produces pleasant well balanced wines.
