Red Sea Winery

Red Sea Winery was founded in Elat in 2007 by winemaker Uri Shahar and is the southernmost winery in Israel. The winery produces wines from grapes grown in Karme Yosef, some 250 km to the north. The grapes go through a prolonged fermentation process and are aged in new French and American barrels.
