The Cave Winery

A boutique winery located in a cave carved out in the late 19th century, originally used for storage of wine and brandy, in Mount Horshan near Bat Shlomo village of the 19th century. The cool conditions of the cave allow the wines to age well. The winery is operated by a team from Binyamina Winery. The wines are frequently demanded by collectors.
