A family winery established in the 1980s in Jaffa by Anne and Moshe Zelnicker (Anne is from a winemaking family from Alsace). The winery is currently located on Moshav Newe Mikha'el in the Ella Valley and the vineyards are planted in the valley as well. The current winemaker is Anne and Moshe's son Stefan, who studied in France and worked in Saint Emilion and South Africa.
