The headed Salesian Community wine producer since 1885, has been in the wine trade for over a century produced by the resident Italian Priests.
All processing works are done in the convent at CREMISAN under the direct control of theexpert and specialized Salesian Brothers.
Production facilities were renewed in 1997 and production today is at 7,000 hectolitres a year.
