The Ortal vineyard located in the northern Golan was planted in 1983 at the foot of Tel Shifon 900 meters above sea level. Qibbuz member and winemaker Ilan Zafrani turned his lifelong hobby into a profession, crafting impressing quality wines from grapes grown in the Ortal vineyard. The winery's visitors' center provides beautiful views.
