Does size really count or is this just another myth?
Boutique wineries are known for the special and personal attention and devotion invested in each and every bottle. Relatively small wineries are able to endow great efforts in the manufacture of each separate bottle and often present a fascinating experience which expresses the personality of the people involved.
In the oncoming Open House we shall taste the wines belonging to the team of the best Israeli boutique wineries which produce up to 25,000 bottles a year, and we will try to arrive to an unequivocal answer to the riddle of size.
