The Kedem family has been making wine in the Golan Heights since 1997 from self-cultivated grapes. In 2012 they founded Kedem Wine Village, a tourist complex featuring the winery equipped with an elegant visitors center, a cafe and guest houses. Vintners Assaf and Oren Kedem oversee the winemaking process of the quality wines.
