Architect Rami Bar-Maor made his first steps in the wine world in the late 1990s with a wine bar, and later on continued to winemaking. The main varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Riesling and Marselan from vineyards in Alona Valley. The winery also sells wine boxes to restaurants and private customers. Bar-Maor wines are generally interesting and challenging.
