Gustavo & Jo Winery is one of the first and best of Israel's boutique wineries. The winemaker and owner Gideon (Gustavo) Boyanjo, comes from a winemaking family from central Europe, and as a young boy assisted his father in crafting wines in Kefar Shamay. Gustavo founded his winery in Kefar Vradim at 700 meters above sea level, where he produces a varietal Cabernet Sauvignon, and a unique Sauvignon Blanc, aged for a few months in Oak barrels.
