The winery in Bene Atarot was founded in 2003 by veteran winemaker Amram Sourasky (who left the winery in 2016), and by Motti Goldman, a second generation from a family of vintners and a teacher of physics. The winery is located in a house built by the Templars. The wines are aged for extended periods in barriques and exhibit a unique style.
