The winery was founded in 2002 by Barak Dahan, a fifth generation of a family of Zikhron Yaakov winegrowers, and by his wife Hila. Hila gained a master's degree in Oenology in Australia. The vineyards grow in the Bik'at HaNadiv area, which have been cultivated by the Dahan family since 1882. The wines are well-crafted.
