A unique institution in the Israeli wine scene, a winery which encloses a proffesional wine production school. These two branches coexisting, allow the winemaker freedom of choice and creativity with vineyard choice, varieties, etc. The winery uses grapes from 4 different wine regions in Israel.

The winery produces quality wines, with very informative labels as befitting of an educational institution.

In addition to the winery's wine series, there are also wines crafted by students of the school during the course of their studies.
