The Vitkin family winery which was founded in 2001, owned by Doron and Sharona Belogolovsky and Sharona’s brother Assaf Paz, has since been considered as one of the local leaders in quality and creativity, one of a handful of small wineries belonging to this group. In 2015 the winery relocated to a lovely spot besides Turtle Bridge upon Alexander Stream. The wine is kosher from vintage 2015. Originally a pastry chef, Assaf Paz studied food engineering and later winemaking in Bordeaux, France. He stands behind a variety of quality wines from wineries in Israel and abroad.
