Owner and winemaker Orna Chillag studied oenology in Italy and worked at Antinori of Tuscany. Her motto is "slow wine," wine that takes its time. Orna emphasizes in "green" production methods, and employs traditional techniques. Her wines usually show good fruit quality and acidity.
