For the first time in Israel, a Cocktail Festival saluting the world of mixed drinks and the revolution created by those who believe that cocktails are an inseparable part of the Israeli drinks scene.

A gesture for the Cocktails trend now sweeping Israel, and turning out to be the main player of the bar scene and Israeli drinking culture.

The visitors can wander around between the Festival booths, be impressed by the special serving methods and of course taste various cocktails prepared on site.

During the Festival the best of the alcohol brands will be presented and the top rated mixologists (cocktail makers) in the bar trade will display all of the innovations of the field. The mixologists are a handful of quality barmen who know how to arrive at the perfect balance of drink varieties, syrups, secret capsules, unique working methods, fruit and spices and other glasses that look much better than say a bottle of beer.

Clubs, chef restaurants, neighborhood bars and even coffee houses, all embrace the cocktails trend and add special drink combinations that only barmen can prepare.

The Israeli public visiting the entertainment venues has come to an understanding that a combination of several ingredients into a new creation – is higher regarded and more enjoyable to drink than a straight drink or another, not shaken or stirred.
