Bazelet HaGolan which was founded in 1998 was the first boutique winery of the Golan Heights. "Bazelet" translates from Hebrew as Basalt - the main soil of the region.The vineyards are planted between 500 and 900 meters above sea level. The on-site visitors’ center offers guided tours, tastings and a wine shop. The wines are known for sophisticated use of wood, complexity and balance.
