A small family winery established in 2006. Named after the nearby mountain ridge, and positioned on a wooded hilltop near the walls of a castle with Crusader foundations and Ottoman improvements. The owner and wine maker Yossi Yodfat is also an expert in pest detecting for wineries and vignerons. The winery produces good wines.
